Laptop Trolleys

Purpose:  Health and Safety information
Audience:
School Health and Safety Contacts and ICT Staff

All schools have recently received a Health and Safety notice from Cambridgeshire County Council explaining some risks which are associated with the use of Laptop Trolleys in Schools. We would like to reassure everyone that Bretford or LapCabby laptop trolleys purchased through Cambridgeshire Education ICT Service in the last 3 years are all certified to CE standard. Please follow these links to the CE certificates for Bretford EMP Models, Bretford G154 models and LapCabby.

Please note that proper care should still be taken when operating laptop trolleys supplied by the ICT Service as detailed in the previously mentioned health and safety guidance.
