Cambridgeshire Education ICT Service Fortnightly Briefing

   Friday 20th June 2008

Projector Replacements

Purpose:    Information update on projectors available through Education ICT Service

Audience:  Headteachers, ICT Teams

We understand some schools have received flyers from companies suggesting that projectors purchased 4 years ago should be replaced. Whilst there may be a case for considering replacement, please ensure you check with Education ICT Service before committing to purchasing from any 3rd party as it is highly likely we will be able to beat most competitors on price and service offerings.

Education ICT Service have been through an exhaustive process to identify a recommended, standard projector replacement for all Cambridgeshire schools. We have now identified the Epson E83 as the most suitable projector in terms of performance, installation and health and safety specifications. We have negotiated very favourable purchase prices together with an excellent support package.

Education ICT Service are also accredited Epson Support Providers which means you achieve excellent service from us for your new projectors.
