System Downtime - Wednesday 30th April 2008 between 22:00 and 24:00

Audience:  Heads and ICT Staff in all Cambridgeshire Schools

There will be a scheduled service break on Wednesday the 30th April 2008. During the scheduled Service Break BSIT will concentrate on work to make configuration changes to the network firewalls.  Works will start at 22:00hrs although there is no confirmed completion time, we estimate this to be at approximately 24:00hrs.  Full details of services affected are listed below.

Remote Access Services: Netilla, SSL Explorer and all other forms of remote access will be unavailable during this maintenance period.

Centrally Hosted MIS

System Downtime - Friday 2nd May 2008

Audience:  Heads and ICT Staff in all Cambridgeshire Schools

It has been necessary to schedule a further service break on Friday the 2nd May 2008. During the Service Break the Education ICT Service will concentrate on work to make configuration changes to the remote access servers.  Works will start at 08:00hrs although there is no confirmed completion time, we estimate this to be at approximately 09:00hrs.  Full details of services affected are listed below.

Remote Access Services: SSL Explorer will be unavailable during this maintenance period.

Centrally Hosted MIS
Centrally Hosted MIS will be available during this maintenance period, if accessed from within schools. However, no remote access will be available to Centrally Hosted MIS.
