Service Level Agreements 2007-08  
 
Purpose:    Urgent reminder to return sign-up form
Audience:  Headteacher and School Secretary

 

Thanks to those schools who have already returned their SLA sign-up form.  However, there are a number of schools that still need to complete and return their form. We trust you have now had time to consider the extensive range of ICT options Education ICT Service are offering during 2007-2008.

 

We would be grateful if you could return your form as soon as possible to enable us to make appropriate staffing arrangements for the new financial year.

School-based Terminal Services Ad-hoc support  
 
Purpose:    Important service information
Audience:  Headteacher and ICT Managers
 
Where schools implement Terminal Services themselves, the ICT Service will only provide support on a PAYU basis @ £395 (Subject to technical staff availability). This consists of one day consultancy and technical analysis to deliver a technical diagnosis including a quote of the cost involved to resolve the problem and the timescales involved. A School-based Terminal Services File Server Support SLA will be available and details to be found at www.ictsla.ccceducation.net from 1st April 2007.  
 

Personnel 7 Conversion
 
Purpose:    Important Information
Audience:  School staff who use the Personnel module

We now have over 100 of our schools who have completed their training & conversion to Personnel 7. For those schools who have not yet done the conversion, notes are available on the Portal to guide you through the process. ICT and PE course
   
Purpose:   For information 
Audience: Primary Coordinators, Subject Leaders and Year 7 Teachers
 
The half day course on March 21st 1:30 - 3:30 at ICT Service, Godmanchester, still has places available. Carol Gronow, the new county PE Adviser will give an overview of the effective use of ICT in PE with reference to Becta, PNS and QCA materials. She will also provide an opportunity and support to investigate key resources available across all year groups and units of study.
