Purpose: Guidance on error messages

Audience: Headteacher / Teachers / Assessment Coordinators / Administrators - Primary & Secondary Schools

Some schools are getting errors when importing their QCA Templates for AM7 for 2007. The most common error message is:

"Aspect :QCA Y4 Reading Test - Reason (1): The following Results could not be imported as the result is not valid for the current grade set version."

Guidance notes have been created to rectify this error and have been posted on the SIMS Homepage on the Assessment Planet.

ICT Helpline Closure

Purpose: Important Information about contacting the Helpline

Audience: All Cambridgeshire School staff

The ICT Helpline at Godmanchester will be closed on Friday 6th July 2007 between 10:30am - 2:30pm for essential training.

If you wish to contact the Helpline during that time, please leave a message on the telephone or email ict.helpline@cambridgeshire.gov.uk.

These will be monitored throughout the day.

Cambridgeshire Online Training Search (COTS) is a database of training opportunities provided by the Local Authority. It can be accessed from any computer connected to the Internet without the need for a password: go to: COTS to access this service. Its powerful search engine will help you to find suitable courses. Eventually, all providers will be using this database, please check the Providers list for the services currently represented. You will already find the complete listing of courses offered by CAS, CREDS, SLS, Education ICT Service, ISSIS, Cambridgeshire Youth Work and Connexions.
