To coincide with the changing of the clocks, the Road Safety team are
running activity from 9:30. Pupils
work online with experts to solve real life scenarios based in the fictional
(but strangely familiar) town of Huntingbridge. Available free to Starz
subscribers and £50 for non-subscribers.
Suitable for 9-12 year olds.
Making The News Competition:
16th October to the 16th December
Schools can register online (http://mtncomp.e2bn.net) and enter their news stories via the MTN competition website. The competition has been designed by the Regional Broadband Consortiums to support lesson activity while encouraging enhanced, extended creative learning experiences. There are three age bands to give pupils of all ages equal chance to shine in their chosen category. For more information click Making The News 2006
Pupils are invited to enter a national competition, launched to find budding young reporters. Register your school and use the making the news site to create multi-media news items.

We have a new course scheduled, designed to assist people who are not fully trained to timetable with NovaT6. This will give them the knowledge and skills to maintain the timetable by making those changes, which can occur during the school year. Different methods for making changes to rooms, teachers, carousels etc will all be covered, as well as the use of maintenance datasets. This half day course will be held at ICT Service Godmanchester 9:30 - 13:00.
