On-Line Customer Survey

As part of our monitoring and evaluation process we now have an On-line Customer Survey available to schools, which will enable our customers to indicate the level of their satisfaction or to express their concerns with the support or service they receive.

The Survey will take no more than 5 minutes to complete and will provide us with valuable feedback, which is vital to maintain the quality of the work we undertake.

Our Helpline logging system will automatically generate an email to you when a job is complete, which will include a link to the On-line Customer Survey.  Alternatively, it can be found on the Education ICT Service homepage  www.ict.ccceducation.net
