SIMS Final Conversion for Primary Schools
Primary schools are reminded of the letter that went out by email this week inviting them to free seminars on 27th and 31st Jan and 1st Feb. The information in these seminars is critical for SIMS users. A copy of the letter has been posted on the portal. Search for "Final Conversion".

Please be aware that the ICT Helpline will be very busy during the week running up to and on the day of PLASC. If you cannot get through on the phone and leave a message on the voice mail, we will get back to you so please be patient. (Please only leave one message on the voice mail as it will cause duplicate calls to be opened and waste time as the team will be chasing calls that have already been answered).
Another way of contacting us would be to email the problem to the ICT Helpline email address (ICT.Helpline@cambridgeshire.gov.uk) which will also be monitored for PLASC calls - please type PLASC FAULT in the subject so they are easily recognised
