Recent email problems
Users will have recently noticed a couple of problems with email in the last week or so. Firstly there was an email duplication problem, which meant users downloading their emails into Outlook or Outlook Express received numerous copies of the same message. The second problem was with the primary schools distribution list, where a backlog of old messages was finally delivered all together.
Both these problems have now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but assure you they were issues that were outside of our control. If you believe that there are still ongoing problems with your email then please contact the ICT Service Helpline in the usual way (01480 376650 or ict.helpline@cambridgeshire.gov.uk)
