Critical Security Update for Windows NT4 Server and NT4 Terminal Services

Microsoft have released a patch to fix a serious vulnerability within Windows NT 4.0 and Terminal Server. Even though Microsoft should not be releasing any security patches for Windows NT 4.0 and Terminal Servers, they consider this serious enough to highlight it. Microsoft consider this a critical vulnerability and I would advise they you patch any NT4.0 or NT Terminal Servers that you support.

Subject: SIMS Assessment Manager 6

Purpose: IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Audience: All Primary Schools

Sims Assessment Manager 6

All schools currently using Assessment Manager 5 will need to have activated and started to use Assessment Manager 6 before the collection of Teacher Assessments and the statutory end of Key Stage data that takes place during the Summer Term.

Assessment Manager 5 will NOT be supported by SIMS this year. This means that Key Stage Manager will not be updated and there will be no updated aspects available for 2005 for Assessment Manager 5.
