Julia wins Annual Award for Recognition of Outstanding Customer Service (ROCS)

Many congratulations to Julia Barnett who has been presented with the 2008 Annual Award for Recognition of Outstanding Customer Service.
Julia, who works as a Schools' ICT Technician within the Education ICT Service Technical Services Team, has won praise from many of her schools over the past 12 months.
Some of the comments from feedback we receive from our Customers, Cambridgeshire Schools, follow below:
Following a visit from "magic Julia....Life is back to normal!"
Another school observed: "Yes, we have laptops for teachers, Yes we have Interactive Whiteboards....but I am convinced that is it the technical support provided by Julia that has really driven ICT forward...." and "...her knowledge appears boundless and she never leaves a problem unsolved"
"As always Julia gave us 110%, very satisfied. Can you pass on our thanks and we will see her in September."

The ROCS Scheme launched in November 2005 and was developed to provide a means of recognising and rewarding individual employees who demonstrate outstanding achievement through delivery of high quality services to County Council customers.
