London is now officially the host city for the Olympics and Paralympics and an exciting new website for children and young people has been launched as part of the education programme associated with the Games. Young athletes like Tom Daley, Shaneze Reade and Eleanor Simmonds have regular features, and the site is based on the seven Olympic values:

- Inspiration
The site also includes a range of interactive sound and word matching games, quizzes, fact files, support sheets and creative ideas, for ages from 3 to 19. Great resources for teachers and produced following extensive discussion with children themselves. It really is designed for the whole of the UK, and not just London!
