The Y3-Y6 FFT and EoKS2 Target Setting marksheet contains some Fischer Family Trust columns.  These hold 'decimal levels'.  The following document from the FFT website shows how these equate to National Curriculum Graded Levels.

 ToPP files for import into SIMS

If you use ToPP we recommend that you use the latest version on offer and the benefits they bring. 

  • Comment columns for teacher and/or pupil voice
  • Sample reports for reporting to aprents including comments, achievements and behaviour'

    To use the new resources:

Download the following file. Click the link and choose File/Save As, choosing a suitable location for your file:

Note: The ToPP Templates, Aspect Analyses and Tracking Grids are stored together in one ZIP file. If you need guidance on how to extract these files before importing, click here.

Wa,Wb and Wc are no longer valid grades in this grade set. You can now only enter a W. If you have any of these grades recorded against your pupils, please click here to read these notes.

Central Hosted Schools will have these files stored in a folder ready for import. They can be found in: Central Share/SIMS Share/SIMS.net & Dinner Money/SIMS.net/AMPA/England Primary (and Middle Deemed Primary)/Assessment Manager and Performance Analysis.

The ToPP templates need to be imported via Routines | Data In | Assessment Manager | Import, and the Tracking Grids & Aspect Analyses need to be imported via Routines | Data In | Performance Analysis | Import.

 CREDS Reports

SIMS.net CREDS reports (ready available for import in Central Hosted Schools) to summarise Attendance and Exclusions according to EAL or Ethnicity complete with Guidance notes.

In order to import these report files, left click on each link and save it to a folder. It will be saved as a ZIP file. You will then need to right-click on the saved file, select "Rename", and change the "zip" part to "rptdef". You can then import the report files into SIMS.net via Routines | Import.
