Service Level Agreement 2009-2010
The 2009-2010 Service Level Agreement will take effect from 1st April 2009.
As part of its Connected Learning programme to modernise the ICT infrastructure used everyday by pupils and staff, the County Council has funded the provision of a fully integrated network and campus-wide broadband access in all Cambridgeshire schools. To assist schools to make the most of these facilities and benefit from their own investment in ICT we offer a wide range of services.
