ICT Service Hardware Audit - £220
Full audit of school's ICT equipment summarising recommendations of replacements & upgrades.
 Installation Costs:
Education ICT Service Terms & Conditions apply: In line with ICT Service policy of best quality, value and standardisation of schools ICT equipment, installation and configuration of admin and SIMS/MIS on other then Dell servers or PCs will be charged at the full installation charge (reduced charges for Dell Kit do not apply) subject to the installation technician being satisfied that the equipment, including Dell equipment not supplied through the ICT Procurement Service meets the minimum standard recommended by the ICT Procurement Service.

Administration Computer – Master £510.00 (Dell Master £275.00)
Administration Computer – Slave £250.00 (Dell Slave £125.00)
Curriculum Computer £140.00 each. (Dell £125.00)
Curriculum Computers (4+) @ Daily rate dependent on quantity = £770 per day (Dell - £385)
Local Printer or Scanner - £60.00
Network Printer (On an ICT supplied Dell server system) - £60.00 (reduced charge for Dell Kit)
Network Printer (Non ICT supplied Dell server or no server) - £60 per hour.
Wireless Access Points - £60 per hour
Configuration of Laptop computers onto W.A.P.
Dell ICT Supplied Laptops - £50 for 5, £100 for 10 (reduced charge for Dell Kit)
Non Dell Laptops £150 for 5, £300 for 10 (reduced charges for Dell Kit do not apply)
If no installation is required, a delivery charge of £15.00 will be levied on certain orders.

Full Installation of SMARTBoard & projector
Installation cost is based on the supply of all necessary cabling, including RGB/VGA, audio & video - all cabling is high quality screened and protected cabling. Also included are all required plugs and sockets, engraved wall plate surface mounted, including data, video/audio & data/video connections. We also include the supply and fitting of all trunking and the mounting of the projector and SMART Board including all necessary testing.
