We invite school students to take pictures of 3 interesting gravestones from somewhere near their school and send them to us by e-mail. We will then put the pictures onto this web site.

The gravestones could be interesting for many different reasons, for example:

- they belong to somebody famous
- they demonstrate some aspect of local history
- they demonstrate something about religious beliefs
- they have an interesting design

All you have to do is to send us a picture as an e-mail attachment (jpeg if possible), either a scanned photo or a photo taken with a digital camera. Please write a paragraph explaining what makes the gravestone interesting. If possible, your comments should be in your own language as well as English.
